Hi I have a 16 week old son Jakson. He is a chronic catnapper and spills some food after each feed. After weeks of trying to get rid of the catnapping and trying to stop the spills I think I have found a solution but it isn't recommended Im told. I was doing the feed,play sleep routine. Which worked fine apart from the catnapping which meant he was wanting food after 2 hours instead of 3. So I am now doing feed,play,feed and then sleep. He has stopped catnapping and isn't throwing up as much. I know it isn't recommended to feed to sleep but if it works for us is it such a bad thing?? Im so over feeling guilty about everything. I have tried Jakson on EBM and formula to see if he is still hungry as he was waking up and sleeping less but nothing worked until this. Please tell me its ok? Im in tears every day trying to help my little man sleep more but nothing has worked. Does anyone else do this routine? Will I be faced with problems down the track if I feed to sleep?
